A lovely cocktail blend of sass, class, intellect and passion. In love with all things CREATIVE and offbeat. I rarely hold my tongue and i've been told I talk sh%t fluently. Care to translate?

I will vote for Obama, enthusiastically.

Instead of  harping on FISA, i'd rather take more relevant things into account when I step into the booth in November. Follow me to see why i'll be turning cartwheels after I bubble in beside Barack Obama on my ballot.

STOP the bickering for one night!

Thu Jul 03, 2008 at 07:48:36 PM PDT

This will not be long at all. As a matter of fact, i'm almost half finished.

Thank you Senator Obama

Fri Jun 20, 2008 at 03:09:46 PM PDT

On this beautiful (and hot as hell) friday afternoon, you made a decision that has set off a flurry of panic here at Dkos. I mean people are scattering like roaches Senator Obama. .

The Obamas will not do it

Thu Jun 12, 2008 at 12:11:07 PM PDT

Call me tactless and politically UN-savvy all day. I give not two damns. I want Barack to lay into John McCain and his Debbie Does Dallas looking wife SOOOO bad I could scream. I want him to dig all of the dog doo doo that reeks in McCain's moth ridden closet and smear it all over his smug face. I want Michelle to go upside everyone's head over at Fox News, saving the best ass-beating for Malkin and ending it with "Who's your daddy NOW skank?" God how I want it.

Join a symposium to unite HRC and BHO supporters

Sat Jun 07, 2008 at 11:20:40 AM PDT

Bridge to Unite Symposium coming soon..... I hope.

Yeah so i hijacked the symposium idea from SusanG's front page diary about the roundtable discussion regarding why Hillary lost. I'm not too much in favor of continuing that line of discussion. Actually I HATE the fact that it's still being brought up and will continue to be brought up probably until I begin collecting Social Security. I'm 24.

SO, I would like to throw out another idea. After hearing Hillary's excellent concession speech, and yes it was excellent, I wholeheartedly believe she will break her back to fight for Dems to take back the White House. It is now her time to prove me right. But without hearing the voices of and agreeing to work with a large amount of her supporters, our goal will not be won.

Follow me to the Bridge to Unite Symposium

My College Interviewer supports HRC & I made her cry

Thu Jun 05, 2008 at 11:29:53 AM PDT

I interviewed with an advisor at Mills College in Oakland, Ca on last Tuesday at 4:30, to be considered for early entry into their Master's program.

I will be respectful to Hillary, but I will not lie

Tue Jun 03, 2008 at 04:23:46 PM PDT

Today the primary season ends and our democratic nominee emerges. While he is still, undoubtedly, the best candidate for the job in MY eyes, he does not emerge as the same candidate he once was upon entering this race.

Vetting a candidate is necessary and I 100% support a candidate being critically examined. We, as voters, reserve the right to know all there is to truthfully know about who we might possibly put in office. Key word: truthfully.

On the other hand, beating and bruising a candidate with lies, negative baiting of every identfiable kind and spreading of complete bullshit is disgraceful and unacceptable, ESPECIALLY when it's done by a fellow party member and her campaign staff.

Therefore, as I proudly watch tonight's events unfold (President Carter endorsement, future President Obama's speech, etc.), I acknowledge that we still have a lot of work ahead of us. We have successfully nominated the most apt candidate and we all need to work TOGETHER to ensure his election come November. I look forward to working with Clinton supporters who are loyally determined to put a democrat back in office. I will let go of my frustrations, my anger, my exhaustion and my disbelief of many things that have risen from the Clinton camp.

Where the F*%# is Hillary?

Thu May 22, 2008 at 12:39:50 PM PDT

Now is not the time for her to be quiet. Well...it sorta is, but not in the manner in which she is doing it. It seems as if Hillary supporters are getting beside themselves, tossing out threats left and right, and what does Hillary have to say about it??

I hear crickets

Since when does Hillary speak for ALL women?

Tue May 20, 2008 at 12:51:20 PM PDT

I never asked for her assistance on my behalf. Not one time. And I have a good reason for that.

I CAN SPEAK FOR MY DAMN SELF.

I can now start planning my wedding

Thu May 15, 2008 at 12:07:07 PM PDT

As i'm sure most of you have heard by now, California Supreme Court has overruled the ban on gay marriage. So the entire lgbt community is doing our little victory dance. Of course we know it's just the beginning of a LONG uphill war to KEEP decision in play come November, but for right now, we are relishing the moment.

And I am making wedding plans.

Hillary Clinton & Barack Obama almost ruined my relationship

Wed May 14, 2008 at 10:00:05 AM PDT

Let's get the basics out of the way.

I am a Barack Obama supporter. Voted for him on Feb 5 and he won the San Francisco county which is where i cast my vote.

My partner is a Hillary supporter. Voted for her on Feb 5 and she did not win the county where her vote was cast. And she is not winning now.

Thus begin the problems.

I try REALLY hard to be nice to Clinton Supporters

Wed May 07, 2008 at 10:33:12 AM PDT

Honestly, I do. When i encounter them on the street and someone stops to ask about my Obama shoulder bag (its really cute) or about my many obama buttons, and then proceed to tell me why they LOVE LOVE LOVE Hillary....I listen. I listen and smile and nod. Because i'm just as passionate about MY candidate, whom by the way, made me so unbelievably proud last night. I have never once cut off a Hillary supporter in rude disregard. I am more than aware that to win this thing in November, we need ALL of the dems. Not just staunch Obama backers. We need the support of those who preferred Clinton but will have the insight and the common sense to support Barack once he gets the nomination.  So i'm in FULL kiss and make up mode.

Until I read crap like this.

I'm whatever is next to flat broke

Wed Apr 23, 2008 at 09:24:16 AM PDT

But i'll dig, scrape, scrounge, shovel and rake whatever amount of cash i can to donate to Barack this week. IF Hillary supporters can money bomb her because of last night, I for damn sure can pour cash into the candidate's campaign who is actually winning.

Not a lengthy diary, I know. But i'm encouraged and inspired and just wanted to hopefully share a happy wednesday with others.

Enjoy the scenery below....

So will people ask Obama to drop out now?

Tue Apr 22, 2008 at 07:56:30 PM PDT

Yes. Some will. Some will say he has reached his peak and ,with tonight's loss, now faces an evident descension and should take in regards the democratic party and concede before it is too late and McCain runs away with the office.

Some will honestly believe that his 50 State campaign has run out of gas because he hasn't locked in the so-called important "big" states and maybe he should let Hillary pick up his big-state slack and seal the nomination.

Some will think this way.

And then there's reality.

Bob Johnson: The black Geraldine Ferraro

Wed Apr 16, 2008 at 02:23:19 PM PDT

Bob Johnson, BET founder

CHARLOTTE, N.C. The Charlotte Observer April 15, 2008 -- "Wading back into the Democratic presidential race, billionaire businessman Bob Johnson said Monday that Sen. Barack Obama would not be his party's leading candidate if he were white."

"What I believe Geraldine Ferraro meant is that if you take a freshman senator from Illinois called `Jerry Smith' and he says I'm going to run for president, would he start off with 90 percent of the black vote? And the answer is, probably not. Geraldine Ferraro said it right. The problem is, Geraldine Ferraro is white. This campaign has such a hair-trigger on anything racial it is almost impossible for anybody to say anything," Johnson said.

So...if he wins the nom, will Hillary change her mind?

Thu Apr 03, 2008 at 08:46:41 AM PDT

Will she smile, cackle and hold his hand in the air and say

"I TOLD you we'd be united! Vote for BARACK cuz he's the man for the job!!"

And are we suppose to believe her when she does this?

I honestly don't understand what Mrs. Clinton thinks of the democratic voters, but I have a small comprised list of possibilities.

I just donated to my candidate for the first time

Thu Mar 27, 2008 at 07:28:21 PM PDT

and I have never felt better about detracting money from my checking account. Funds are sitting painfully low right now in lieu of a personal crisis that a friend of mine is facing, but I promised myself last month that I would not let the month of March pass by without donating. I was given a chance to share brief words with Senator Obama through his site, and this is what I told him.
